Maintain your dental healthOral health is always important. It is therefore advisable to consider some recommendations for the teeth and mouth are always healthy and strong.

First, maintain a healthy diet with limited food “junk” (foods that contain high calories and provide few nutrients).

On the other hand, you should choose foods where possible, low-sugar, and as nutritious as possible. In that sense, it is advisable to take a week a diary to record everything you eat, especially sweets.

Drink plenty of water (at least two liters per day).

As for hygiene, brushing teeth should be thoroughly at least twice a day using fluoride toothpaste and floss daily to get rid of plaque.

It should also regularly visit the dentist for preventive checkups and cleanings deep.
